About Us

The Topsfield Community Partnership ("TCP") was founded in 2019 to support the desire of the Topsfield Community to improve and revitalize Downtown Topsfield.

Our Goals:

  • Improve the attractiveness of the Downtown district through design, color, landscaping, lighting and flowers

 

  • Improve the image of Topsfield as a quality place to visit, work and live for people of all ages

​

  • Enhance opportunities for residents and visitors to connect with each other and the heritage of Topsfield through the creation of gathering spots and the support and promotion of new community events 

​

  • Improve the functionality of the Downtown business district through enhanced lighting, better signage and addition of seating​
